Prices exclude VAT. Prices in euros and US dollars are shown when you sign up from Ireland or the US. Already have a Twilio account? Connect it and texts cost nothing extra from us. Card payments your customers make go to your own Stripe account; Stripe's fees apply, plus 1% to us (never more than £10 a payment).
Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with everything included and no card needed. Add a card when you're ready to carry on, or let it run out and nothing is charged.
What’s the difference between the 12-month plan and monthly?
The 12-month plan has the lowest monthly price and a 12-month minimum. After the first year it carries on monthly at the same price until you cancel. Monthly costs £2–£3 a month more and you can cancel any time. Paying for the year up front gets you one month free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Business settings › Plan & billing. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. A 12-month plan stops when its 12 months are up (you pay until then). A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for and doesn't renew.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your jobs, customers, photos and paperwork are yours. You can export them, and we delete your workspace when you close your account.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They get links by text or email to book, follow the job, see reports, accept quotes and pay invoices. If you turn the portal on, they can see everything in one place.
How do card payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account in a couple of minutes. Customers pay deposits and invoices online and the money goes straight to you. Stripe's normal card fees apply, plus our 1%, capped at £10 a payment.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Your team can add it to their home screen like an app, take photos with no signal (they upload later), and get signatures on the glass.
